Shipping a Watch Safely

The packing layers

1. Inner box — manufacturer's box, if available, with watch on cushion.
2. Wrap inner box in 2 layers of bubble-wrap (10mm minimum).
3. Outer carton — sized 5cm larger on every face.
4. Fill voids with foam peanuts or shredded paper.
5. Tape every seam with packing tape (not Scotch tape).

Insurance and tracking

• Always insure for full value.
• Domestic in India: Blue Dart or DTDC with signed-for delivery.
• International: FedEx Priority with watch declaration.
• Never mark "watch" on the outside.

Photograph the package before sealing — proves contents and condition.
