3. Proof Required for Exchange
To request an exchange, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Proper unboxing video from opening the package
- Images or videos clearly showing the issue or damage
Without valid photo or video proof, the exchange request may not be approved.
4. Exchange Request Time Limit
Customers must raise the exchange request within 24 hours of delivery for damaged products. Requests submitted after the allowed period may be rejected. General returns or exchanges are available within 7 days.
5. Exchange Process
- Our team will verify the issue.
- Pickup of the damaged/wrong product may be arranged.
- After successful verification, a replacement product will be shipped.
6. Exchange Delivery Time
Replacement products are generally dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval and successful pickup verification.
7. Non-Exchangeable Situations

- Used or altered products
