3. Reference number matches manufacturer's database.
4. Serial-number caseback photo provided privately on request.
5. Original box and papers (warranty card, manual, stamped sales receipt).
6. Service history if pre-owned — receipts attached.
7. Return window (minimum 7 days) clearly stated in writing.
8. Insured shipping with signature on delivery.
9. Payment via card or escrow, never gift cards or untraceable transfers.
10. Seller reachable on phone before payment.
